The hot water for the house (kitchen and bath room) is supplied by a 30 Gallon GE smartwater water heater. The switch of the heater is on the electric board located in the master bedroom. The heater is self cleaning, which fights lime and sediment build-up. Keep the water heater continuously running in order to avoid sediments and metal odor build up.

There are two valves you need to know.

The main valve to the bath room is located under the kitchen closet. Close it will cut off the water supply to the bathroom.

There is another valve that cut off the water supply to the water heater in the bath room heater closet. Switch off the valve, there will be no water for the bath tub, but there will still be water for the bathroom vanity and toilet.

If you need to change shower head of the bath room, you can get one from amazon. There are ranges of shower heads from basic to fancy one. With some faucet tape, install the shower head is easy.

The washing machine has a hose connected to the faucet on the bath room vanity, which can be taken off and put on.

You can get a dryer too, but with plenty of space on the land and in the sun room, I found dryer a redundant facility. The water is free, I only wash one piece of cloth at a time, and have it washed twice.

Don't forget to put toilet bowl cleaner, as well as septic tank enzymes.
